Henry’s practice focusses on commercial chancery litigation, arbitration and property law.  Clients praise the clarity of his submissions, his thorough legal analysis and his thoughtful approach to problems.

He qualified in International Arbitration with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in 2016 and is shortly to be accepted as a Fellow.

Henry has particular experience of commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, real property (sale of land, easements, boundary disputes, adverse possession), land registration, mortgages and co-ownership claims.
